Smoked Pulled Pork


15hr Smoked Pulled Pork!   Menonite-raised Duroc pork from Wellington County, seasoned with chilis, paprika, sumac and juniper.  Smoked with oak, cherry, hickory and maple, finished in a tangy tomatoe based BBQ sauce.


24oz or 1.5lbs.  The perfect amount for four generous sandwiches or eight sliders.  


Easy to reheat.  Simply simmer the bag in a pot of water for 15 mins from frozen.  Remove the bag with tongs.  Enrich the pork with a splash of hot water, or your favourite BBQ sauce.
