Allison has been involved in the hospitality and wine community since 2002.  Her experiences have taken her across Canada from luxury hotels, to rustic vineyards and cozy B&Bs.

Allison has extensively travelled wine regions, judged various wine competitions, appeared in numerous publications, crafted award winning wine lists, appeared in national media broadcasts and teaches college wine programs.

Allison holds diplomas in Wine Making & Viticulture, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, Food & Beverage Management.

Setting a table with pure, vibrant ingredients in the height of the season is an activity Allison takes great care and pride in assembling.  When's she not cooking, gardening or hosting, she's most likely enjoying wine with friends, family and her dog Muffin.
