Organic, unfiltered and unfined.  The wines is only made in exceptional vintages, otherwise the Malbec in blended into the Bordeaux red blends.  
 
The nose has hints of iris, wild black berry bushes.  Moderate tannin.  Drink now or keep 5-7 years.  Pair with roasted portobello mushrooms on braised lentils.
